Drawing Workshop Day 2... we had 37 youth artists today. So exciting!!! Today we worked on pencil drawing. We learned about the different types of pencils: 2H is hard and used for details, where 6B is soft and used for dark shading. The exercise for today was on shading. Here we are working on the shading squares for practice.
The inspiration for our works is going to be based on photos, 3D digital models, and 3D printed models of some of the artifacts found at the Nunalleq excavation near our village.
