Our first day of drawing workshops started GREAT! The young artist count is 29 students and counting. Everyone came with smiles on their faces, ready to learn about drawing and archaeology. Together we came up with the rules for our group and were ready to get started. We talked a bit about the archaeological site (Nunalleq) just outside of the village and what life was like 500 years ago. At the end of our session we got our sketchbooks to start practicing drawing this evening.
